I can’t decide: Should I live at the Beach or the City?

I have the opportunity to live with a flirt at the Beach and receive Yoga classes and Yoga teacher training, Holistic retreats, organic food, Surfing but I’m not sure about leaving the city and what it offers as well, plus there are no Ballet classes at the beach.
