This site offers useful tips on how to ride the waves exceptionally. Surfing is a very intense and physically demanding sport as it demands balance, agility, strength and coordination. Excellent fitness, diet and lifestyle necessary to attain the surfing prowess one would need to be an above average surfer.
All the programs and guides included have been created by real life surfers who have solid and extensive experience.
There are extensive and comprehensive instructional guides provided as well as discussions on all the basic and advanced skills needed to succeed in surfing. The videos provided are very easy to follow since the actual maneuvers are shown. It illustrates how people can practice using normal household items. The main skill needed is balancing. This can be achieved by using a beam that is only 12 inches in length. Since the board has less space, it would be very hard to stand on it. This would be a good way to practice balancing. The person can further reduce the width of the board to make the exercise drills more productive.
Another guide featured in the site is the list of proper diet. Surfers need to have a very low weight in order to maximize control of the body. Recipes for low fat and high protein meals are included to achieve the body conditioning necessary.
